CARE Physiotherapy is a comprehensive service, offering early intervention, and proactive and reactive treatment. By helping to increase patients’ ability to maximise their function in older age, at whatever level, for as long as possible, CARE Physiotherapy helps to promote quality of life for each individual and to minimise the need for admission into residential care or hospital.
CARE Physiotherapy uses a clinically governed national network of Chartered Physiotherapists, experienced in working with older people, to develop individualised management strategies that focus on achievable short and long-term functional goals.
