Welcome to Kingsgate care Home
Kingsgate is set in a purpose built Care Home minutes from East Kilbride town centre and many parks and museums. We offer first class care for the elderly on a permanent or respite basis, delivered by highly trained professionals in its own grounds with an enclosed courtyard garden, and pleasant walks are accessible nearby.
Our aim is simple. We want everyone to enjoy life to the full while treating our residents as individuals. Treating them with dignity, privacy and respect while offering freedom of choice and as much independence as possible.
Friends and family are welcome at any time with hot drinks and snacks available. Guests are invited to share a meal with residents with our cook preparing three nutritious meals a day.
Residents have freedom to choose what to do and when with our activities coordinator putting together a full programme which is adapted to suit the needs and wishes of our residents. Activities include quizzes, sing-alongs, reminiscence therapy, indoor games, art and craft, baking and wherever possible, trips out and about.
